You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. VIP tier members receive priority processing with average completion times under 3 minutes. First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time pending KYC verification.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if your Account has not completed KYC verification, if there are pending wagering requirements on bonuses, if we detect suspicious betting patterns, or if withdrawal details do not match Account registration information. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will face immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, potential confiscation of deposits used in abusive activity, and permanent Account closure with exclusion from future amin4d services.
All bets placed on amin4d are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. amin4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time for any of the following reasons:
Upon Account termination for violation of these Terms, you forfeit all rights to any Account balance, pending winnings, and bonus funds. amin4d may, at its sole discretion, refund your deposited funds after deduction of any amounts owed to us, processing fees, or charges related to the breach.
If you wish to voluntarily close your Account, contact customer support with your request. We will process voluntary Account closures within 7 business days after settling all pending bets and transactions. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of applicable fees.
Account suspension does not relieve you of obligations incurred under these Terms prior to suspension. We reserve the right to retain certain Account information as required by law or regulatory obligations even after Account closure.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This choice of jurisdiction does not prevent amin4d from seeking injunctive relief or enforcing judgments in other jurisdictions as necessary to protect our rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
